Our company is engaged in comprehensive preparing and servicing the building investments, i.e. designs, formal and legal services connected with newly built buildings (inter alia obtaining location, getting a permission to build structures), as well as building and finishing them.

We are peculiarly experienced in building telecommunications buildings. The list of our building investments comprises inter alia a few hundred of mobile telephony base stations...

Our offer includes:

1. Obtaining locations for base stations, negotiating with owners of real estate which results in entering into a lease agreement or a buy-sell agreement.
2. Performing geodetic works and obtaining all necessary maps and measurements.

3. Preparing a technical assessment of durability of a given structure by an expert.
4. Preparing by an expert a comprehensive assessment concerning influence of a designed structure on the environment.
5. Preparing a building and a technological project, that concerns construction and electricity, using specific software, as well as negotiating necessary agreements (like health and safety-at-work legislation etc.).
6. Supervising formal and legal matters connected with building base stations, among other things determining conditions of buildings and developing area, getting agreements and opinions required by special regulations, gaining a decision about a permit to start building.
7. Performing building works, structural and electrical works, including work at heights.
8. Preparing comprehensive documentation of works.

Moreover, our company deals with protecting, repairing, injecting and joining elements of reinforced concrete constructions.

Our company employs a professional group of designers and qualified staff authorised to perform works at heights, and equipped in specialist tools.
